Business I: How to Succeed in Residential Real Estate


A comprehensive and practical overview to increase your real estate business. Emphasis on lead generation, personality profiles, listing presentations, successful strategies with buyers and sellers, marketing materials, systems, out-sourcing, assistants/teams, time management and goal setting. By the end of week 12, you will have a business plan guaranteed to grow your real estate business.

Business II: Putting Your Business Plan into Action

(Prerequisite: Business I) An extension of Business I, this course is aimed at applying the concepts learned in the previous course. Additionally, substantial time will be spent on skill development. Advanced topics will be introduced as warranted.

Business III: Topics for Top Producers

(Prerequisite: $200,000 Gross Commission Income) How to take your business to the next level. Highly specialized class for successful agents and the concerns unique to them.

Cost: $1,200 for twelve 60 minute sessions. Class is limited to 6

Life I: Life Coaching

Coaching creates an environment of trust and self-acceptance where learning, growth, and transformation occur naturally. As clients gain clarity, align with their values, and take effective action toward meaningful goals, they begin to live a life of choice. Emphasis is on beliefs, values, balance, following your heart's desire, intentions, manifestations, finding joy, goal setting and living in the present. A very practical guide to better your life.

Cost: $750 for twelve 90 minute sessions

Life II: Living an Authentic Life

(Prerequisite: Life I) Putting into practice what has been learned in Life I. Advanced topics.

Cost: $750 for twelve 90 minute sessions
