Seminar 1: Intuition - A Practical Skill

The three day retreat focuses on getting to the core of who you are and how you want to live in relationship with work, family, spirit and self. Intuition is a primary skill for anyone who desires to live a heart centered life. Each of us is blessed with an innate intuition which will be enhanced during the seminar. Intuition is, in the simplest of terms, a state of awareness. Developing and reinforcing our intuitive awareness is a skill.
During the retreat we will use practical exercises and experiences to access and apply your own intuition. As a result, you will develop tools to guide, teach, support and more fully experience life. There will also be time for relaxation, reflection, and nature. Maximum of 12 participants.
Seminar 2: Finding Your Essence and Purpose in Life

What is your purpose in Life? Who are you at your core? Finding the answers to these questions is the basis of this transformational weekend. Life becomes much easier and more joyful when you are in alignment with your purpose and essence. Choices are enhanced when you have a personal guideline to operate from.
Through a series of exercises, meditations and metaphorical stories, we will construct the elements or scaffolding of your Essence and Purpose which will then be composed into highly personal statements. There will also be time for relaxation, reflection, and nature. Maximum of 6 participants.
Accommodations: The retreats will be held in a private country home on the Delaware River surrounded by nature. Meals are included and will be prepared by participants on-site. This communal experience is an important part of our journey and time together.Fees: $850 per person double occupancy (includes seminar, food, lodging and all materials). Single rooms are available for an additional fee.

Transportation: If you are traveling from outside of NY you can fly into any of the NY area airports and rent your own vehicle for transportation (transportation is not included in the fee). Further directions and details will be provided upon registration.

LeeAnn Heinbaugh, MA is a consultant and teacher who works internationally with individuals, organizations and groups. Her approach is integrative, intuitive, creative and spiritual - drawing from many disciplines, practices and perspectives. LeeAnn is a gifted intuitive and has studied shamanism, native traditions, art and spiritual practices throughout the United States, Mexico and Central America for more than twenty years. She is known for her earthy, practical and sometimes irreverent nature - bringing playfulness and compassion to the deep, introspective realms of personal growth.
